The Altos Gatos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the EL PEPO FC defense, Javier Santo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. The EL PEPO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ezequiel Boniel should have stopped the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Javier Santo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. EL PEPO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Javier Santo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 22nd minute, Javier Santo made a precise shot to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. EL PEPO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 25 minutes into the game, Altos Gatos FC's Javier Santo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ezequiel Boniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Santo in the 30th minute of play forced EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Boniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Altos Gatos FC's Javier Santo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the EL PEPO FC defense, Javier Santo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ezequiel Boniel. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Javier Santo made a kick off. When Javier Santo came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Altos Gatos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Javier Santo couldn't finish the play. Ezequiel Boniel came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Altos Gatos FC's Javier Santo. But to his dismay, Javier Santo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. In the 61st minute, Javier Santo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Boniel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Javier Santo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Boniel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Ezequiel Boniel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Javier Santo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 67 minute of play. Altos Gatos FC's Everardo Chago was substituted for Liev Tolstoy. EL PEPO FC's Isaac Tiso was substituted for Denis Guerrero. With a little luck, EL PEPO FC's Ezequiel Boniel got control of the ball when Aurelio Duarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Altos Gatos FC's Everardo Chago slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ezequiel Boniel. That made the score 0-12 after 78 minutes of play. In the 81st minute, Celso Inge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Altos Gatos FC fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Altos Gatos FC's Everardo Chago looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-14 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With his leg Ezequiel Boniel managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Altos Gatos FC's Aurelio Duarte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, EL PEPO FC's Ezequiel Boniel got control of the ball when Aurelio Duarte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aurelio Duarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Ezequiel Boniel made a huge save. Altos Gatos FC played a much better game than EL PEPO FC and deserved their victory. The EL PEPO FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
