Luis Lluis was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Todd Gronow capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Todd Gronow really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Doyhenard AFC's goalkeeper Luis Lluis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Todd Gronow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luis Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Todd Gronow in the 17th minute of the match. After 18 minutes Doyhenard AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zhuo Bo Bo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Zhuo Bo Bo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Doyhenard AFC's Luis Lluis did a great save. Todd Gronow struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Luis Lluis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC. Todd Gronow was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Todd Gronow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Abelardo Janpier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustave Paelinck in the 25th minute of play. Sladjan Waagstein kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Todd Gronow got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Todd Gronow might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Lluis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Todd Gronow ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Todd Gronow in the 32nd minute of play forced Doyhenard AFC's goalkeeper Luis Lluis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eulalio Omero hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute, Todd Gronow reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luis Lluis. The goal made the score 3-0. 37 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Foro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luis Lluis. Doyhenard AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ildefonso Foro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Todd Gronow took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luis Lluis. Luis Lluis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute, Todd Gronow made a precise shot to the right of Luis Lluis. Doyhenard AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. In the 58th minute, Todd Gronow left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. 60 minutes into the match, Doyhenard AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ildefonso Foro came free, but Luis Lluis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Doyhenard AFC defense, Todd Gronow kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis Lluis. The Doyhenard AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Lluis should have stopped the shot. Fabio Manuelo charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabio Manuelo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rdth minute of the game Fernan Jayvier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Abelardo Janpier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Doyhenard AFC's Luis Lluis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariusz Ratulowski in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
