Grosso United's Arcadio Buendia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Grosso United from getting a goal against them. Isaac Mitxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Arcadio Buendia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Lluis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Gartzen, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 13th minute Arif Buğra Subutay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arcadio Buendia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luis Lluis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulises Gartzen in the 16th minute of play. Arcadio Buendia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustave Paelinck in the 18th minute. In the 20thth minute of the game Ulises Gartzen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doyhenard AFC's Luis Lluis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luis Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Abelsson in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Isaac Mitxel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arcadio Buendia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Gustave Paelinck could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Arcadio Buendia however easily saved by the left post. The audience was convinced that Isaac Mitxel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arcadio Buendia was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Arif Buğra Subutay managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doyhenard AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arif Buğra Subutay was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arcadio Buendia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gustavo da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulises Gartzen in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Lluis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grosso United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fikri Bera in the 32nd minute. With an all-out effort, Doyhenard AFC's Arcadio Buendia threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eulalio Omero, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Arcadio Buendia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Omero, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Luis Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Gartzen in the 38th minute of the match. After the first half Grosso United were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Buğra Subutay in the 52nd minute of play forced Grosso United's goalkeeper Arcadio Buendia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Gartzen in the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Grosso United got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Gumaro. Despite this Arcadio Buendia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Isaac Mitxel sped through Grosso United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arcadio Buendia. After 59 played minutes Grosso United got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Gartzen. When Doyhenard AFC's Gustave Paelinck, in the 63rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Doyhenard AFC. Luis Lluis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonín Orlík in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the match, Grosso United's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Mitxel came free, but Arcadio Buendia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
