Julianda Saputras short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gavino Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Min in the 13th minute of play. Zuberbühler FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Saul Baumer in the 14th minute. Zuberbühler FC's Saul Baumer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Gavino Iratxo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Real Espartillar's zone, Marciano Min stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Iratxo came out of the goal and Marciano Min tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 20th minute of the game Eduardo Vachon made a throw-in which Marciano Min played forward. Real Espartillar's Gavino Iratxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Min in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Llorian came free, but Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Min in the 25th minute of play forced Real Espartillar's goalkeeper Gavino Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciprian Răuțchi. After some careless play in the Real Espartillar defense, Marciano Min kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Iratxo. The Real Espartillar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Iratxo should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute Freddy Santana suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Loramendi during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Real Espartillar made a substitution. Cristiano Rolando replaced Freddy Santana. After 33 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Loramendi. In the 34th minute of the match, Julianda Saputra sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Llorian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gavino Iratxo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cirilo Ebardo went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 42nd match minute, Real Espartillar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jaques Custermans to maneuver through the defense. Gavino Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Min, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Espartillar's goalkeeper Gavino Iratxo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marciano Min made a kick off. Ubaldo Matildo Abbondanzieri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julianda Saputra's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Marciano Min could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Gavino Iratxo however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 59 minutes, Marciano Min managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zuberbühler FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Min was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gavino Iratxo came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Zuberbühler FC's Iwan Sebzda. But to his dismay, Iwan Sebzda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The Real Espartillar fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Iratxo should have stopped the shot. Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Florentino Lastur replaced Cirilo Ebardo. Gavino Iratxo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florentino Lastur in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Saul Baumer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Lastur in the 80th minute of play forced Real Espartillar's goalkeeper Gavino Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
