Fernando Tab made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Alvaro Raymond sent off a good shot on target. Alvaro Raymond struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Fernando Tab didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Despidida AFC. Fernando Tab took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14thth minute of the game Jonatan Salvatore who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Despidida AFC's Fernando Selatse was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernando Tab made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Raymond in the 17th minute. Fernando Tab was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Alvaro Raymond capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alvaro Raymond really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The supporters of Barrilete Cósmico booed when Despidida AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Lucila didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute Epifanio Orkatz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fernando Selatse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fernando Selatse didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Epifanio Orkatz went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Alvaro Raymond kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fernando Tab. That made the score 2-1 in the 27 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Alvaro Raymond put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fernando Tab. After 35 played minutes, Despidida AFC's Kees Harmsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fernando Tab came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Despidida AFC reached it. The supporters of Despidida AFC booed when Barrilete Cósmico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Hever didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fernando Tab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernando Tab. Fernando Tab yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Epifanio Orkatz was the one to do the kick off. Alvaro Raymond scored 7-1 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Tab, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Despidida AFC's Robert Percha was substituted for Alvaro Raymond. Despidida AFC's Esteve Urtungo was substituted for Ancho Branca. In a very dangerous position, a player in Barrilete Cósmico fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Despidida AFC. Gabriel Silban stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fernando Tab. 8-1. 67 minutes into the game, Robert Percha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-1. Fernando Tab was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Barrilete Cósmico getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Narciso Hever hit a great ball. Fernando Tab showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Percha, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 82nd minute, Robert Percha made a precise shot to the right of Fernando Tab. Barrilete Cósmico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-1. Robert Percha scored 12-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Tab, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute, Narciso Hever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fernando Tab came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Despidida AFC's Robert Percha. But to his dismay, Robert Percha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-1. There was no doubt that Despidida AFC were the better team. Despidida AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
