A collision led to Magicos getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Flavio Todor hit a great ball. In the 11th minute Horacio Nataniel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hercule Couret saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Magicos's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Matteo came free, but Hercule Couret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hercule Couret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Matteo in the 19th minute of the match. If Marcelo Matteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cosquín FC's Bernabe Harriet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Vermudo in the 26th minute of play. In the 32ndth minute of the game Panayot Kanevchev who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cosquín FC's Bernabe Harriet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Cosquín FC's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Neiva came free, but Bernabe Harriet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute, Hipolito Brais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horacio Nataniel made a kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Araoz couldn't finish the play. Bernabe Harriet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panayot Kanevchev, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 63rd minute Panayot Kanevchev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Harriet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
