With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvaro Raymond in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Urtats saved Areco FC from getting behind. Gabriel Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Raymond in the 21st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Raymond in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Urtats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute, Alvaro Raymond ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gabriel Urtats was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After some careless play in the Areco FC defense, Alvaro Raymond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Urtats. The Areco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Urtats should have stopped the shot. Alvaro Raymond took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gabriel Urtats. Gabriel Urtats dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some careless play in the Areco FC defense, Oliver Rizzo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gabriel Urtats. The Areco FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gabriel Urtats should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Cristofor stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benja Dominguez. Fernando Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Abaunza, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes of play, Despidida AFC's Pastor Tino made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Urtats was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fernando Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustin Abaunza in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Areco FC's Igor Cristofor got a free kick in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Areco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Velasco came free, but Gabriel Urtats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gabriel Urtats took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 80 played minutes Areco FC got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Barros.
