Rene Llorian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Romain Berrewouts struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Rene Llorian didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Simbo FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Dubardo in the 12th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mías Khalifa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ambrosio Colas in the 13th minute of the match. Romain Berrewouts might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rene Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Romain Berrewouts ran back to his position shaking his head. Rene Llorian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romain Berrewouts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedicto Silbestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Genaro Constancio's late challenge caught a Simbo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Genaro Constancio helped the player get up and apologised. Genaro Constancio kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Romain Berrewouts struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. The corner ended in Sabri Ravelli almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian did a great save. Rene Llorian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romain Berrewouts, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 41st minute, Romain Berrewouts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. William Weber hit a great ball. GARIBALDI FC's Edgar Salinas shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 48th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mías Khalifa but with some difficulty. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Rene Llorian made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Romain Berrewouts sent off a good shot on target. GARIBALDI FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Romain Berrewouts scored to the left of an out of position Rene Llorian, making the score, 0-4. With a little luck, GARIBALDI FC's Rene Llorian got control of the ball when Nestor Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rene Llorian didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Romain Berrewouts went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Rene Llorian came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo. But to his dismay, Tincho Palermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 77th minute, Tincho Palermo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. After 84 minutes of play, Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rene Llorian was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute, Tincho Palermo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Simbo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. Mías Khalifa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Colas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Simbo FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Simbo FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
