With a left leg Victorino Hegoi saved The Pontiac Bandit from getting behind. 8 minutes into the match, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Héctor Mainer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victorino Hegoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victorino Hegoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Héctor Mainer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Héctor Mainer in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The Pontiac Bandit's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. When ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Héctor Mainer in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Victorino Hegoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Héctor Mainer was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Donato Luar got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in The Pontiac Bandit's zone, Héctor Mainer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Hegoi came out of the goal and Héctor Mainer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Pontiac Bandit's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Héctor Mainer scored to the left of an out of position Victorino Hegoi, making the score, 0-5. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ made a substitution. Osvaldo Sayveon replaced Donato Luar. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Franco Milazzo was substituted for Héctor Mainer. If Franco Milazzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 66 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for The Pontiac Bandit! Victorino Hegoi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franco Milazzo's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's Franco Milazzo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Victorino Hegoi. Victorino Hegoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. The supporters of ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ booed when The Pontiac Bandit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Ekialde didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franco Milazzo got free with Victorino Hegoi in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute, Franco Milazzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 86 minutes, Franco Milazzo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franco Milazzo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, The Pontiac Bandit's goalkeeper Victorino Hegoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Franco Milazzo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franco Milazzo in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victorino Hegoi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Franco Milazzo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Victorino Hegoi made a huge save. Evaristo Abechuco kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the match was over ᴀᴄʜᴛᴜɴɢ ʙᴀʙɪᴇs ᴾᴵᴬᴿᴬ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than The Pontiac Bandit throughout the match.
