Roberto Eztebe was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mauro Odon showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lino Rios made a kick off. Lino Rios might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolando Merexildo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lino Rios ran back to his position shaking his head. 52 minutes into the match, PGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Rios came free, but Rolando Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Viviano's late challenge caught a AFC FUSION's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pablo Viviano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th minute, Pablo Viviano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lino Rios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Merexildo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 73 minutes AFC FUSION's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bartolo Leoiar who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Andres Cuartio managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Roberto Eztebe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bartolo Leoiar's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Christoff Stocks blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rolando Merexildo having to make a save. Roberto Eztebe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Eguen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 93 played minutes AFC FUSION's Guido Txindoki stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Rolando Merexildo stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing PGE FC of the goal.
