With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wei Fei Qi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wei Fei Qi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goce Tasevski, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severo Regis in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wei Fei Qi saved DeportivoIndependienteMDP from getting behind. Electric Futbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Goce Tasevski in the 43rd minute. The corner led to Electric Futbol Club's Melquiades Emesto getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Christian Gonsalvo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvestre Urti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Gregorio Urbes hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Goce Tasevski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 59th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wei Fei Qi. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Christian Gonsalvo got a free kick in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Regis in the 62nd minute of play forced DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goalkeeper Wei Fei Qi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Goce Tasevski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Wei Fei Qi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severo Regis in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wei Fei Qi saved DeportivoIndependienteMDP from getting behind. After 83 minutes of play, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Gregorio Urbes made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Urti was left in no man's land by his defense there! Silvestre Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Urbes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severo Regis got free with Wei Fei Qi in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severo Regis in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wei Fei Qi saved DeportivoIndependienteMDP from getting behind. Wei Fei Qi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Regis's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
