Delmiro Gorka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Abuba Akotonon FC. The supporters of MOEBIO booed when Abuba Akotonon FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eduardo Emmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 10 minutes, Federico Girotti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MOEBIO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Girotti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goal looked a bit too open when Ramón Garay came free, but Delmiro Gorka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hao Fan Chuan in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Orlando Gatti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. MOEBIO's Delmiro Gorka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Garay in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute of the match, Hao Fan Chuan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hugo Orlando Gatti saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 32nd match minute, MOEBIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Girotti to maneuver through the defense. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hao Fan Chuan in the 34th minute of the match. Delmiro Gorka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cecilio Tristan, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Eduardo Emmanuel hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Federico Girotti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Abuba Akotonon FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ariel Artaldo hit a great ball. 45 minutes into the match, MOEBIO's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Tristan came free, but Delmiro Gorka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Federico Girotti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmiro Gorka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cecilio Tristan in the 46th minute of the match. After 47 minutes of play, MOEBIO's Vuk Urgovski made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Orlando Gatti was left in no man's land by his defense there! MOEBIO made a substitution. Cesar Dalmai replaced Hao Fan Chuan. MOEBIO's Melchor Markel was substituted for Federico Girotti. In the 58th minute, Mostafa Muhammed left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MOEBIO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. MOEBIO's Delmiro Gorka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save MOEBIO from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes in the game Emanuel Aurre did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Genaro Elivareo. If Cecilio Tristan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cecilio Tristan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Delmiro Gorka made a huge save. Melchor Markel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Orlando Gatti having to interfere. Melchor Markel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to MOEBIO getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Denis Eutor hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The MOEBIO fans cheered their team off the field, for while Abuba Akotonon FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
