After 24 minutes of play, Tello AFC's Faustino Unax made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dominic Huyghens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fausto Ponciano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alto Valle FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! Dominic Huyghens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Cordearo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th match minute, Alto Valle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Bero to maneuver through the defense. Dominic Huyghens dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 84th minute, Uriel Cordearo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Faustino Unax fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominic Huyghens having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Hong Yi Yang made a precise shot to the right of Dominic Huyghens. Alto Valle FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. 94 minutes into the match, Faustino Unax had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dominic Huyghens. Alto Valle FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Faustino Unax was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tello AFC fully deserved thier win.
