The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdi Mehmet Kornes got free with Zein Tutupoli in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ☆Magno☆'s Samuel Maties played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Patxi in the 41st minute of play. With an all-out effort, Gaviotas FC's Samuel Maties threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Arnoldo Pueblo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Zein Tutupoli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaarlo Menem in the 97th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, ☆Magno☆ could leave the field as winners, despite Gaviotas FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
