After the first half Club Atlético Libertador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jairo Deunoro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jairo Deunoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Emiliano Uchiha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Deunoro in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Caballeritos del Baile's goal looked a bit too open when Bartolo Ospetsu came free, but Angelo Urtsua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Uchiha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jairo Deunoro, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Jairo Deunoro struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Emiliano Uchiha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caballeritos del Baile. Elpidio Hitz hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Angelo Urtsua successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Robert Glanselius kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Angelo Urtsua. That made the score 0-3 in the 73 minute of play. Club Atlético Libertador made a substitution. Ivan Estavan replaced Celso Candal. In the 87th minute, Agustin Ilixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Urtsua came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Libertador's Bartolo Ospetsu. But to his dismay, Bartolo Ospetsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Bartolo Ospetsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Angelo Urtsua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Hitz hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. When the match was over Club Atlético Libertador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Caballeritos del Baile throughout the match.
