Spectators: 148 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cecilio Seber started the match with the kick off. In the 7th minute Guillermo Izquierdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lukasz Fafinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sol Izquierdo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 14 minutes into the match. After 15 played minutes Martin Palermo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Sol Izquierdo. In the 16th minute, Lorenzo Eyague got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anders Larsson didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 22nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 26th match minute, Martin Palermo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Porfirio to maneuver through the defense. Anders Larsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Giammarino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lukasz Fafinski took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvio Bazil. Silvio Bazil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Giovanni Arósio made a kick off. In the 51st minute Giovanni Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Larsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 minutes Club Atletico Fenix's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tiburcio Pepillo who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Martin Palermo F.C.'s Tiburcio Pepillo to fire away a dangerous shot which Anders Larsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Cecilio Seber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atletico Fenix's Viteazul Joita was substituted for Romeo Cresenciano. Silvio Bazil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eskil Åkesson in the 66th minute. Anders Larsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrico Giammarino, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Robin Wallgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Anders Larsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Atletico Fenix's Anders Larsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giovanni Arósio in the 77th minute of play. Anders Larsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovanni Arósio in the 79th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Giovanni Arósio made a precise shot to the right of Anders Larsson. Club Atletico Fenix's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Robin Wallgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anders Larsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Robin Wallgren ran back to his position shaking his head. Silvio Bazil came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Fenix's Jacinto Olentzaro. But to his dismay, Jacinto Olentzaro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
