Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guillermo Izquierdo started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Giammarino in the 3rd minute of play forced RoKoCoKo TeaM's goalkeeper Tim Tarasek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute Enrico Giammarino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tim Tarasek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. RoKoCoKo TeaM's Tim Tarasek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrico Giammarino in the 7th minute of play. The supporters of RoKoCoKo TeaM booed when Martin Palermo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruperto Porfirio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Enrico Giammarino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tim Tarasek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Martin Palermo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Silvio Bazil skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tim Tarasek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Wallgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tim Tarasek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrico Giammarino in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Enrico Giammarino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gustavo Marz struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Silvio Bazil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RoKoCoKo TeaM. The supporters of RoKoCoKo TeaM booed when Martin Palermo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sol Izquierdo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to RoKoCoKo TeaM getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Silverio Procopio hit a great ball. Giovanni Arósio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Palermo to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Martin Palermo F.C.'s Enrico Giammarino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tim Tarasek narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abelardo Gamus in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Bazil saved Martin Palermo F.C. from getting behind. Jax Van Landschoot might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silvio Bazil. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jax Van Landschoot ran back to his position shaking his head. When Abelardo Gamus fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored RoKoCoKo TeaM's protests and gave Abelardo Gamus a yellow card for diving instead. Martin Palermo F.C. made a substitution. Jorge Jaunti replaced Narcis Mustață. A collision led to RoKoCoKo TeaM getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Abelardo Gamus hit a great ball. When Giovanni Arósio fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Martin Palermo F.C.'s protests and gave Giovanni Arósio a yellow card for diving instead. After 62 played minutes Martin Palermo F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Arósio. In the 64th minute Martin Palermo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Bazil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tim Tarasek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enrico Giammarino in the 82nd minute. Enrico Giammarino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvio Bazil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Palermo in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Martin Palermo F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
