Tobias Elizardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Berto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Elizardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Berto, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 92nd minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Alex Herrero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ruperto Burni. Ruperto Burni yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Sarmiento de Resistencia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
