The audience was convinced that Filomeno Remir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobias Elizardo was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. A collision led to Sarmiento de Resistencia getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Tadeu Jacinto hit a great ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Man Tas couldn't finish the play. Roman Vachon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Man Tas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Filomeno Remir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sarmiento de Resistencia's Tobias Elizardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Remir in the 21st minute of play. Roman Vachon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Man Tas in the 22nd minute of the match. The corner led Sarmiento de Resistencia's Bogumil Spychalski to fire away a dangerous shot which Roman Vachon despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filomeno Remir in the 26th minute of play forced Sarmiento de Resistencia's goalkeeper Tobias Elizardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Man Tas was the one to do the kick off. In the 91st match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arias Fabelo to maneuver through the defense. Ronald Ferenc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manfredi AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
