In the 6th minute Dylan Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Bazkoare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Korneliusz Basinski came free, but Simon Hori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emilio Bazkoare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dylan Sarmiento in the 13th minute of the match. In the 47th minute Nanak Liders shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Hori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Regresado made a substitution. Valentin Osorio replaced Nanak Liders. Simon Hori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Osorio in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Showtime FC booed when Regresado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Osorio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th match minute, Regresado was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Osorio to maneuver through the defense. Regresado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Showtime FC the free kick. After 93 minutes of play, Showtime FC's Prospero Abel made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emilio Bazkoare was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the Regresado players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Showtime FC.
