With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martin Jax in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yao Guang Chao saved Yaji FC from getting behind. In the 13th match minute, GERLIROJO Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael Coman to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Delmar Obano got a free kick in the 16th minute. Arturo Ranolfo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 18thth minute, Andres Lastur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 23 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's Martin Jax sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yao Guang Chao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Martin Jax took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yao Guang Chao. Yao Guang Chao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. GERLIROJO Ψ were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Yaji FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicolas Salomon took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in Yaji FC's zone, Genaro Tauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yao Guang Chao came out of the goal and Genaro Tauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adriano Vilanova kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Orlando Lixandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half GERLIROJO Ψ were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Ranolfo to strike the kick off in the second half. GERLIROJO Ψ's Andres Lastur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Tximitx in the 56th minute of play. The throw-in from Anatolio Gasso in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Yaji FC's Justino Lehoi. Yao Guang Chao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Jax in the 61st minute of play. Arturo Ranolfo might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andres Lastur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arturo Ranolfo ran back to his position shaking his head. Ladislao Tximitx hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Yaji FC's Delmar Tavio got a free kick in the 65th minute. Yaji FC's Yao Guang Chao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Yaji FC from getting a goal against them. GERLIROJO Ψ's Eleuterio Benvido was substituted for Arnout Van den Wyngaert. GERLIROJO Ψ's Aquilino Ihintza was substituted for Genaro Tauro. Yaji FC's Generoso Lucado was substituted for Pascual Pes. Yao Guang Chao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Ibañez's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. GERLIROJO Ψ's Delmar Obano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Danilo Christobal in the 80 minute of the game.
