Reynaldo Stephen came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Copérnico F.C.'s Manuel Jatsu. But to his dismay, Manuel Jatsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Amadeo Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Pes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 8th minute of the match Arnulfo Hurko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Reynaldo Stephen skillfully saved the ball. Amadeo Rainerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theo Hayles in the 18th minute. In the 23rd minute Theo Hayles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amadeo Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Theo Hayles got free with Amadeo Rainerio in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amadeo Rainerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Theo Hayles in the 27th minute. After 28 minutes Copérnico F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luisito Bikendi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Club Sportivo Italiano's Theo Hayles getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 31 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Kinsen. Copérnico F.C.'s Amadeo Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theo Hayles in the 40th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Evelio Pes took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Amadeo Rainerio to make any attempt to save it. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Manuel Jatsu made the kick off in the second half. When Alvaro Montrell came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Copérnico F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Montrell couldn't finish the play. After 55 played minutes Club Sportivo Italiano got a freekick which was hit by Leon Egun. Reynaldo Stephen was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Arnulfo Hurko. Reynaldo Stephen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paolo Kinsen went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Copérnico F.C. made a substitution. Lucas Luar replaced Manuel Jatsu. Copérnico F.C.'s Rodrigo Brais was substituted for Ermegildo Goizeder. If Evelio Pes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Copérnico F.C.'s Amadeo Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theo Hayles in the 84th minute of play. Amadeo Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evelio Pes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alberto Galo hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Club Sportivo Italiano's Reynaldo Stephen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Club Sportivo Italiano from getting a goal against them. Lucas Luar's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Reynaldo Stephen skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Copérnico F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
