Sigvard Termander did an outstanding performance 61 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-4 to the right of an irritated Augusto Ellande in the goal. Carlos Balendin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Morais, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute, Manuel Morais got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mercedes's Jan-Ivar Nordmo was substituted for Manuel Morais. With a couple of smart ball manuevers John-David Lee in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Augusto Ellande saved Mercedes from getting behind. Jan-Ivar Nordmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Mercedes booed when Seclantas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Matteo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Balendin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ivar Nordmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute.
