In the 15th minute Martial Jay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rigoberto Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Izaak Lopez de Toro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Langoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. River Plate ® 9-12's Muhammet Ökten got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeff Damen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rigoberto Bihar having to make a save. Rigoberto Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeff Damen in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, River Plate ® 9-12's Luca Langoni nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Izaak Lopez de Toro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After the first half River Plate ® 9-12 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnoldo Eneto to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫'s goal looked a bit too open when Muhammet Ökten came free, but Izaak Lopez de Toro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Silvanito in the 67th minute of play forced ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫'s goalkeeper Izaak Lopez de Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Eneto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rigoberto Bihar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Cristian Christian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute, Ferdinand Redondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Placido Florian fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of River Plate ® 9-12 booed when ♫ Highway To Hell ❼❾ ♫ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferdinand Redondo didn't get a good kick on the ball. River Plate ® 9-12's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
