When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Club Atlético Ituzaingó made a substitution. Bernardo Salbatore replaced Paolo Marino. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Linus Fredriksson made a kick off. Duarte de Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fermin Arixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Marlin FC's Juan Carlos Alvarez got control of the ball when Clodoveo Sugoi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Ituzaingó's goal looked a bit too open when Dionisio Panpili came free, but Duarte de Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
