When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Celedonio Harkaitz sped through Cebollitas F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Claude Bermudez. In the 9th minute Olaf Kaczynski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Napier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Olaf Kaczynski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Narciso Napier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Narciso Napier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olaf Kaczynski, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Harkaitz in the 14th minute of play forced Cebollitas F.C.'s goalkeeper Claude Bermudez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gao Yang Wei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Narciso Napier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Cebollitas F.C.'s Claude Bermudez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Harkaitz in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Rosio in the 28th minute of play forced Lomas de Zamora FC's goalkeeper Narciso Napier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Narciso Napier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Rosio, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Damian Rosio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Narciso Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Claude Bermudez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Harkaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Claude Bermudez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celedonio Harkaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lomas de Zamora FC's Narciso Napier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Rosio in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Cebollitas F.C. booed when Lomas de Zamora FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Pedroso didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santiago Salcedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lomas de Zamora FC's Guillermo Guilabertus got a free kick in the 50th minute. Narciso Napier came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Cebollitas F.C.'s Santiago Salcedo. But to his dismay, Santiago Salcedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Lomas de Zamora FC's Narciso Napier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Lomas de Zamora FC from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the game, Guillermo Guilabertus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lomas de Zamora FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cebollitas F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Lomas de Zamora FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Guillermo Guilabertus hit a great ball. The long shot by Gao Yang Wei in the 59th minute really tested Narciso Napier's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Celedonio Harkaitz in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claude Bermudez saved Cebollitas F.C. from getting behind. In the 68th match minute, Cebollitas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Salcedo to maneuver through the defense. Cebollitas F.C. made a substitution. Felipe Bastiaro replaced Gonzalo Christobal. Cebollitas F.C.'s Celso Savier was substituted for Olaf Kaczynski. In the 69th minute, Santiago Salcedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Gao Yang Wei from long distance, 72 minutes into the match, got Narciso Napier's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Narciso Napier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Savier, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Fernan Emesto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lomas de Zamora FC's goalkeeper Narciso Napier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th minute Cebollitas F.C. were awarded a corner. Gao Yang Wei went to the cornerflag to take it. Fernan Emesto kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The Lomas de Zamora FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Cebollitas F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
