In the 5th minute Jorge Hagi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Cucao's late challenge caught a Sportivo Ben Hur's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Cucao helped the player get up and apologised. After 7 played minutes Acheral got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Cucao. In the 13thth minute of the game Jorge Hagi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Acheral's Danilo Urbasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Acheral's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Elivareo came free, but Danilo Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Danilo Urbasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Hagi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rufio Abalos hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Jorge Hagi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 29th minute, Teo Elivareo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Hagi in the 32nd minute of play forced Acheral's goalkeeper Danilo Urbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute Teo Elivareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Teo Elivareo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Acheral's Danilo Urbasa. Danilo Urbasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 43rd play minutes Jorge Hagi shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Danilo Urbasa and just under the crossbar into goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Ian Rush made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Sportivo Ben Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Elivareo to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Hagi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Danilo Urbasa came out and tried to block the shot, but Jorge Hagi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Sportivo Ben Hur's Jorge Hagi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Danilo Urbasa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Acheral made a substitution. Leopoldo Jacinto Luque replaced Toro Cavenaghi. The corner led Sportivo Ben Hur's Eduardo Pirro to fire away a dangerous shot which Danilo Urbasa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 65th match minute, Sportivo Ben Hur was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Lluis to maneuver through the defense. Sportivo Ben Hur made a substitution. Danilo Urbasa was a little too slow when Arturo Baladi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-6. Danilo Urbasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Baladi in the 83rd minute of the match. Jedrzej Chrzan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danilo Urbasa having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Acheral's zone, Jorge Hagi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Urbasa came out of the goal and Jorge Hagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
