In the 3rd minute, Copetonas AFC's Breno da Mata dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Orlando Rudolfo stood somewhat misplaced when Breno da Mata came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 7 minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Breno da Mata kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Orlando Rudolfo. That made the score 3-0 in the 15 minute of play. Orlando Rudolfo made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Pompiliu Ciutacu sent off a good shot on target. In the 20thth minute of the game Isidoro Azevedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Copetonas AFC's Marcelo Cordairo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leon Ospin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Orlando Rudolfo made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Azevedo in the 26th minute of play forced Copetonas AFC's goalkeeper Marcelo Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute, Copetonas AFC's Kostas Paxinos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Orlando Rudolfo. Orlando Rudolfo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 35th minute Isidoro Columbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Cordairo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to El ABUELO FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Diego Hori hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, El ABUELO FC's goalkeeper Orlando Rudolfo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Breno da Mata. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Breno da Mata made the kick off in the second half. Orlando Rudolfo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breno da Mata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes in the game, Omar Quinton fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marcelo Cordairo having to interfere. Orlando Rudolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Breno da Mata, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 59th minute Isidoro Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Cordairo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st match minute, Copetonas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Tajo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Azevedo in the 61st minute of play forced Copetonas AFC's goalkeeper Marcelo Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Azevedo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the El ABUELO FC defense, Kostas Paxinos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Orlando Rudolfo. The El ABUELO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Orlando Rudolfo should have stopped the shot. Marcelo Cordairo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Columbo in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Copetonas AFC's Pompiliu Ciutacu got a free kick in the 96th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Copetonas AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while El ABUELO FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
