The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Martin Martxelin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Punta Alvear's Ovidio Sal. Ovidio Sal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a little luck, Punta Alvear's Ovidio Sal got control of the ball when Isidro Derwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wang Jie Shi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Iratxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidio Sal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Martxelin in the 21st minute of the match. Patricio Iratxo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Gaudencio Peru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Ticho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Ovidio Sal made a huge save. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Edgardo Ticho sped through Punta Alvear's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ovidio Sal. Wang Jie Shi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Iratxo in the 35th minute of play. JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's Wang Jie Shi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Godoy in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Punta Alvear booed when JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Martxelin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wang Jie Shi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacinto Eleazar in the 42nd minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Punta Alvear's Ovidio Sal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Martxelin in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Punta Alvear's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Derwin came free, but Ovidio Sal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Punta Alvear's Ovidio Sal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Martxelin in the 57th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Patricio Iratxo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wang Jie Shi. Patricio Iratxo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Wang Jie Shi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Iratxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Derwin in the 65th minute of play forced Punta Alvear's goalkeeper Ovidio Sal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidio Sal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgardo Ticho, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogdan Gopov in the 71st minute of play forced JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's goalkeeper Wang Jie Shi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgardo Ticho in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidio Sal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 85 minutes into the match, Martin Martxelin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidio Sal. Punta Alvear's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Martin Martxelin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. A collision led to Punta Alvear getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Prudencio Ortzi hit a great ball. After 91 played minutes Punta Alvear got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Ortzi. In the 93rd minute, Godofredo Guifre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Iratxo got free with Wang Jie Shi in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Martin Martxelin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
