In the 13th minute Saverio Brion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Sugar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Celestiales defense, Mieszko Czubski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bennvar Noobel. The Celestiales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bennvar Noobel should have stopped the shot. Gregorio Sugar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Brion in the 24th minute of play. MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's Gregorio Sugar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Brion in the 29th minute of play forced MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's goalkeeper Gregorio Sugar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gregorio Sugar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saverio Brion, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 34 played minutes MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 got a freekick which was hit by Kevin Zenovich. Mieszko Czubski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute of the match Growling Dolar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bennvar Noobel skillfully saved the ball. Alfonso Reyes kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. With a little luck, MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's Gregorio Sugar got control of the ball when Santiago Abreu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Celestiales's Isaias Laurin was substituted for Saverio Brion. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mieszko Czubski to make the kick off. Celestiales's Cornelio Domeka quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Mateo Rudolfo, made in the 56th minute of the game. Gregorio Sugar came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Celestiales's Santiago Abreu. But to his dismay, Santiago Abreu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Eustaquio Eudoxio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregorio Sugar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albano Millan was slow to take the kick. During this time Celestiales's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Isaias Laurin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's Gregorio Sugar did a great save. After 70 minutes, Mateo Rudolfo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 and the Celestiales players grew even worse after the yellow card. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 81st match minute, MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Rudolfo to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Eudoxio came free, but Gregorio Sugar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 99th minute, Isaias Laurin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Celestiales fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. The MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
