Thanks to some nice moves Rodolfo Frans could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Benedicto Ursino however easily saved by the left post.

Benedicto Ursino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Berto Somiedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benedicto Ursino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
