Jeronimo Errapel started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taaniel Hill in the 3rd minute of play forced SOUTH THUNDER's goalkeeper Mauro Cordearo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Arias in the 6th minute of play forced Brown Puerto Madryn's goalkeeper Santiago Nataniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Taaniel Hill's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Cordearo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Brown Puerto Madryn's goal looked a bit too open when Bonifacio Arias came free, but Santiago Nataniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taaniel Hill might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mauro Cordearo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taaniel Hill ran back to his position shaking his head. Santiago Nataniel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Taaniel Hill made a kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Taaniel Hill managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brown Puerto Madryn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Taaniel Hill was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauro Cordearo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taaniel Hill, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Augusto Procopio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SOUTH THUNDER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 61st minute, Eleuterio Sedeni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mauro Cordearo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abuzer Uzman in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Brown Puerto Madryn's Taaniel Hill sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mauro Cordearo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, SOUTH THUNDER's Santiago Nataniel threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bonifacio Arias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Brown Puerto Madryn's Santiago Nataniel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Procopio in the 75th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Taaniel Hill in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mauro Cordearo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brown Puerto Madryn made a substitution. Ladislao Salvidor replaced Taaniel Hill. In the 92nd minute, SOUTH THUNDER's Augusto Procopio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-3. SOUTH THUNDER's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
