After 7 played minutes Rosario Central FC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Paez. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Rosario Central FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brown Puerto Madryn:s goal. In the 13th minute there was a penalty for Brown Puerto Madryn. Eleuterio Sedeni stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Juan Musso. 0-1. Juan Musso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eleuterio Sedeni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pál Dömötör recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ezequiel Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Santiago Nataniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arsenio Paez made in the 44th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Mogel Izcaray immediately put the ball in play. Juan Musso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taaniel Hill, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Brown Puerto Madryn were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rosario Central FC's Estevão Bessa was substituted for Ezequiel Maldonado. A collision led to Brown Puerto Madryn getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Gerd Treial hit a great ball. In the 68th match minute, Brown Puerto Madryn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerd Treial to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Brown Puerto Madryn's Ladislao Salvidor dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 73rd match minute, Rosario Central FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Guillelmo to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute of the match Eleuterio Sedeni sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Juan Musso skillfully saved the ball. A throw-in in the 80th minute of the game was made by Gerard Pique with Muharrem Duman as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Billy Drake scored 0-3 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Musso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th minute, Muharrem Duman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Musso was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Juan Musso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billy Drake in the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Brown Puerto Madryn booed when Rosario Central FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zacarias Balon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Musso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Drake, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Juan Musso was a little too slow when Billy Drake got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-5. The Rosario Central FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Brown Puerto Madryn's performance. The match ended with a win for Brown Puerto Madryn.
