After a rather tough play, Plaza Jewell's Aquiles Jon got a free kick in the 36th minute. Fabio Cresconio hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Congo Bongo's goal looked a bit too open when Tiburcio Seber came free, but Máté Márton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Damaso Sancho made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiburcio Seber in the 52nd minute of play forced Congo Bongo's goalkeeper Máté Márton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Sancho came free, but Pablo Mei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Congo Bongo's Arnaldo Oidor was substituted for Sergio Austin. Aristides Iratxo kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Damaso Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pablo Mei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damaso Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pablo Mei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Sancho in the 84th minute of play. In the 86th minute, Damaso Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Pablo Mei.
