The audience was convinced that Miguel Diagur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ezequiel Centurión was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 16th minute Fabricio Otsoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Diagur in the 19th minute of play forced Divorciados FC's goalkeeper Ezequiel Centurión to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Divorciados FC's zone, Miguel Diagur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Centurión came out of the goal and Miguel Diagur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Fabricio Otsoa came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Divorciados FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Otsoa couldn't finish the play. Miguel Diagur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Centurión read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Miguel Diagur ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Centurión was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Pastor Valery made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Fabricio Otsoa sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, Divorciados FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Diagur came free, but Ezequiel Centurión reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pastor Valery took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Otsoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Capdevilla's Carolo Christobal was substituted for Filomeno Hitz. A collision led to Divorciados FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Marco Fernanco hit a great ball. When Fabricio Otsoa came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Divorciados FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Otsoa couldn't finish the play. Ezequiel Centurión showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Diagur, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 65 minutes into the match, Capdevilla's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Otsoa came free, but Pastor Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beat Kellenberger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Pastor Valery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Miguel Diagur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ezequiel Centurión. That made the score 0-2 in the 81 minute of play. Ezequiel Centurión showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hector Berdoi in the 85th minute of the match. Ezequiel Centurión made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Diagur in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Capdevilla's goal looked a bit too open when Beat Kellenberger came free, but Pastor Valery reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Capdevilla's Hernan Erauso got a free kick in the 94th minute. Capdevilla were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Divorciados FC's much stronger midfield.
