An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Faron in the 11th minute of play forced Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Francisco Nesor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moises Jaume showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Napier in the 12th minute of the match. Aristides Faron blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francisco Nesor having to make a save. With an all-out effort, C.A.C. 10's Francisco Nesor threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aristides Faron, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Metal Juniors's Francisco Nesor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Faron in the 16th minute of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.C. 10's goalkeeper Moises Jaume, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of C.A.C. 10 booed when Metal Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Napier didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute Gogo Izotz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Nesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, C.A.C. 10's Aristides Faron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisco Nesor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Martín Palermo in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moises Jaume saved C.A.C. 10 from getting behind. In the 92nd match minute, Metal Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Nayely to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Aristides Faron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. C.A.C. 10's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
