A wasted opportunity for Deportivo el Divague. The crowd rose to their feet as Rondeau's Basilio Modestio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wei Chao Yi. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Basilio Modestio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. A collision led to Rondeau getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Teodosio Medardo hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rondeau's goalkeeper Genaro Sidro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eleuterio Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Wei Chao Yi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rondeau's Humberto Policarpio got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute Liu Feng Quan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genaro Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teodosio Medardo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Mădălin Penciulescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Genaro Sidro. After 36 played minutes Deportivo el Divague got a freekick which was hit by Eustaquio Chuan. 40 minutes into the match, Rondeau's goal looked a bit too open when Liu Feng Quan came free, but Genaro Sidro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liu Feng Quan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Sidro having to interfere. Genaro Sidro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liu Feng Quan, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Eleuterio Guerau charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Guerau the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 83 played minutes Rondeau got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Guerau. Liu Feng Quan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Sidro having to interfere. Genaro Sidro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Banegas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
