Claudio Umbruso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 8 minutes, Parker Nuñez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Momentum FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Parker Nuñez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Parker Nuñez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Parker Nuñez kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Claudio Umbruso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arni Urb, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Claudio Umbruso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Parker Nuñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Panpili could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Fabian Benvido made a huge save. Claudio Umbruso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Parker Nuñez in the 26th minute of play. After 27 minutes, Nico Fanta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Momentum FC and the Los Gaticidas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fábio Rochemback took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabian Benvido. Momentum FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Los Gaticidas's Claudio Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Parker Nuñez in the 30th minute of play. Claudio Umbruso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Parker Nuñez in the 31st minute of the match. Parker Nuñez struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Claudio Umbruso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Momentum FC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Parker Nuñez in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Umbruso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Parker Nuñez in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claudio Umbruso saved Los Gaticidas from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Los Gaticidas's goal looked a bit too open when Parker Nuñez came free, but Claudio Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Los Gaticidas's Tití Fernandes Braga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fabian Benvido. Fabian Benvido yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Claudio Umbruso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Parker Nuñez's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tití Fernandes Braga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Momentum FC's Fabian Benvido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Panpili in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Elvio Panpili cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Fabian Benvido was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 62 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tití Fernandes Braga came free, but Fabian Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Los Gaticidas fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when Los Gaticidas's Lu Zhi Qi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nico Fanta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Claudio Umbruso made a huge save. Claudio Umbruso made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Nico Fanta sent off a good shot on target. 75 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's Parker Nuñez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudio Umbruso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Momentum FC made a substitution. Ignacio Baumer replaced Nico Fanta. Momentum FC's Dalmacio Lugo was substituted for Marcelo Pello. Momentum FC's Rando Raudsoo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Claudio Umbruso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Momentum FC's goalkeeper Fabian Benvido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tití Fernandes Braga came free, but Fabian Benvido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Gaticidas's Claudio Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rando Raudsoo in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Momentum FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ignacio Baumer hit a great ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Gaticidas's goalkeeper Claudio Umbruso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Rando Raudsoo came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Momentum FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rando Raudsoo couldn't finish the play. After 94 played minutes Los Gaticidas got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Panpili. Momentum FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
