Depor Alex Return's Laureano Olayo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armando Baraquiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Depor Alex Return's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Blas Bidun fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Depor Alex Return getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Randle Barry hit a great ball. Arturo Feo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Depor Alex Return. Blas Bidun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Checa having to interfere. In the 45th minute Armando Baraquiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Feo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Armando Baraquiel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Jony Maidana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes in the game, Laureano Olayo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Arturo Feo having to interfere. Blas Bidun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Checa having to interfere. Federico Checa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Bidun in the 69th minute of play. The corner led to Flores AC's Teofilo Froila getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ma Wen Bo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Federico Checa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermegildo Inautzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
