The supporters of Loco Cabezon booed when Deportivo Pomelo Nenene was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ata Baykut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albino Maiorga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Boni, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Modesto Boni struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Albino Maiorga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loco Cabezon. Ton Meulman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Deportivo Pomelo Nenene defense, Esteve Perico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Maiorga. The Deportivo Pomelo Nenene fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Maiorga should have stopped the shot.
