If Hélder Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hélder Fonseca came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lester Serre could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Leonides Rosio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vincent Aalberts was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Hélder Fonseca's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lester Serre read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Vincent Aalberts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonides Rosio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celestino Garaile made in the 28th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hélder Fonseca. A collision led to San Lorenzo de Sarandi getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Prospero Mergildo hit a great ball. Hélder Fonseca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lester Serre having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hélder Fonseca got free with Lester Serre in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Rosio in the 44th minute of play forced CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's goalkeeper Vincent Aalberts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Mouricio during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ booed when San Lorenzo de Sarandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Mouricio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonides Rosio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vincent Aalberts having to make a save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonides Rosio was the one to do the kick off. After 53 minutes of play San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Camilo Mouricio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 54th match minute, San Lorenzo de Sarandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Mouricio to maneuver through the defense. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Dalmacio Astigar was substituted for Venancio Piorno. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Camilo Mouricio got a free kick in the 55th minute. Lester Serre came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Hélder Fonseca. But to his dismay, Hélder Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Lester Serre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Fonseca in the 62nd minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Hélder Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lester Serre. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hélder Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Rigan Frankson was substituted for Hélder Fonseca. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Vincent Aalberts proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ from getting a goal against them. A collision led to CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Tadeo Eguen hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Jerrold dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Vincent Aalberts, 2-1. 83 minutes into the match, Albert Einstein notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Lester Serre. Lester Serre was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CRISTOBAL TERRANOVA Ψ's Rigan Frankson got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rigan Frankson took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lester Serre. Lester Serre dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
