They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Ubarna in the 57th minute of play forced Los Piratas FC's goalkeeper Martin Abadia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Cervera in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomas Snow prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Los Piratas FC's Herald Roockeloes was substituted for Candido Ospin. A collision led to Los Piratas FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Nicasio Pero hit a great ball. If Teobaldo Ubarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Luzea in the 80th minute of play forced El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Tomas Snow to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Despite being the better team, Los Piratas FC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
