When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hernán Crespo made a kick off. Fernando Ruisko had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Yavuz Selimhan Sinan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Yavuz Selimhan Sinan notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of El Millo de Haedo's Fernando Ruisko. Fernando Ruisko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hernán Crespo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Luciano Sanchez-Garcia made a huge save.
