Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Benny Stolpe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Gaitano. Carlo Amadei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Rito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Las Momias F. C.'s zone, Aldo Rito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlo Amadei came out of the goal and Aldo Rito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 minutes, Edwin 雷景 made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Las Momias F. C.'s Carlo Amadei tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Las Momias F. C. defense, Cesar Garcia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlo Amadei. The Las Momias F. C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlo Amadei should have stopped the shot. When C.A. Aldo Rito ran back to his position shaking his head. The Las Momias F. C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A. Boca Juniors were winning 0-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rogelio Fernado stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes C.A. Boca Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Erland Norberg. Aldo Rito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Garcia in the 66thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by Cesar Garcia got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Serter Bozlak kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Cesar Garcia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Boca Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Garcia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C.A. Boca Juniors eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
