Leonides Dalmau struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Fabio Betadur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Diamante U18. In the 26th minute of the match Deportivo Diamante U18 got a corner. LA DEL MONO's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lino Igon ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Deportivo Diamante U18's corner Froilan Montel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabio Betadur quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vince Easton in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gregorio Fagildo saved Deportivo Diamante U18 from getting behind. Gregorio Fagildo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vince Easton went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vince Easton in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorio Fagildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gregorio Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Botello in the 41st minute of the match. Fernando Firme got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Sergio Presebal. In the 46th match minute, Deportivo Diamante U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Lico to maneuver through the defense. After 47 played minutes, LA DEL MONO's Elpidio Guillelmo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gregorio Fagildo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in LA DEL MONO reached it. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vince Easton to make the kick off. Gregorio Fagildo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Gregorio Fagildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vince Easton in the 76th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vince Easton in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorio Fagildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Elpidio Guillelmo made a great header on LA DEL MONO's corner, it was just that Deportivo Diamante U18's Gregorio Fagildo managed to reach the ball for a save. LA DEL MONO walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
