In the 11thth minute of the game Jérémie Boix who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Buenos y Malos Ayres's István Détári was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Paulo Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Theobald in the 15th minute of play forced Los Muchachos del 86's goalkeeper Atahan Balon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Los Muchachos del 86 from getting a goal against them. Atahan Balon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Theobald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Buenos y Malos Ayres's István Détári played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jérémie Boix in the 21st minute of play. István Détári made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jérémie Boix in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Buenos y Malos Ayres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Jacindo to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Luka Ljubenković's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but István Détári was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Buenos y Malos Ayres's Joel Jacindo got a free kick in the 29th minute. Atahan Balon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Theobald in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Los Muchachos del 86 got a corner. Buenos y Malos Ayres's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cristian Urtzi ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Cristian Urtzi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this István Détári quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 42 played minutes Los Muchachos del 86 got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Azevedo. In the 43rd minute, Silvio Poz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon didn't even have to move. Arnulfo Beltran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atahan Balon having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Paulo Theobald notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon. Atahan Balon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Beltran made a kick off. István Détári made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luka Ljubenković in the 52nd minute. If Paulo Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of Los Muchachos del 86:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Buenos y Malos Ayres:s goal. Los Muchachos del 86:s Atahan Balon showed great skill when he stopped Paulo Theobald:s penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arnulfo Beltran in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atahan Balon saved Los Muchachos del 86 from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Paulo Theobald put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Atahan Balon. Los Muchachos del 86 made a substitution. Marco Maurino replaced Babbis Boukouvalas. Buenos y Malos Ayres's Jonatan Palmkvist was substituted for Joel Jacindo. Los Muchachos del 86 made a substitution. Efrain Jacob replaced Jérémie Boix. Atahan Balon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Theobald went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 79 minutes into the match, Buenos y Malos Ayres's Arnulfo Beltran sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Atahan Balon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Atahan Balon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Beltran went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnulfo Beltran in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Atahan Balon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paulo Theobald took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Atahan Balon. Atahan Balon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. The supporters of Los Muchachos del 86 booed when Buenos y Malos Ayres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonatan Palmkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paulo Theobald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atahan Balon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Los Muchachos del 86's Efrain Jacob sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that István Détári narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Los Muchachos del 86 were awarded a corner in the 100th minute after Buenos y Malos Ayres's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cristian Urtzi took the corner. István Détári made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Jacob in the 100th minute. Los Muchachos del 86's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
