LA IMPRENTA's Liu Chang Hong got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardino Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Iyan in the 18th minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Saverio Petrigai recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bernardino Mark. Saverio Petrigai showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 27th minute, Braulio Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Espiridion in the 64th minute of play forced CA Juventud Unida's goalkeeper Robustiano Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute, Braulio Iyan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Juventud Unida fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Bernardino Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Ibon in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match, Elpidio Espiridion tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Robustiano Calvet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elpidio Espiridion in the 75th minute of play forced CA Juventud Unida's goalkeeper Robustiano Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardino Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Iyan in the 78th minute of the match. After some careless play in the LA IMPRENTA defense, Rainer Marthaler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardino Mark. The LA IMPRENTA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardino Mark should have stopped the shot. Bruno Sepúlveda recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardino Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Petrigai in the 94th minute of play. Rainer Marthaler struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Bernardino Mark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CA Juventud Unida. For all the effort they put into the match, the LA IMPRENTA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CA Juventud Unida.
