Chipa y Tereré's Leonides Velasco. Leonides Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute, Gwidon Augustyn made a precise shot to the right of Leonides Velasco. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. 23 minutes into the game, Gwidon Augustyn cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Leonides Velasco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 29 minutes into the match, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Ferit Ayçetin came free, but Leonides Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonides Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Jumancă in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Mehmet Ferit Ayçetin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonides Velasco was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Leonides Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marin Jumancă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonides Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marin Jumancă in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Ferit Ayçetin in the 44th minute of play forced Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goalkeeper Leonides Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Leonides Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marin Jumancă in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marin Jumancă was the one to do the kick off. Chipa y Tereré's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wilfredo Ugutz ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 70 played minutes Club A. Chipa y Tereré got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Veto. If Hipolito Beliran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Perez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Leonides Velasco came out and tried to block the shot, but Alvaro Perez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 77th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 80 minutes into the game, when Justo Segio put in a rough tackle. After 81 played minutes Club A. Chipa y Tereré got a freekick which was hit by Justo Segio.
