When Txomin Astudillo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the C. A. Gral. Lamadrid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Txomin Astudillo couldn't finish the play. Valentin Lidon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicanor Loiola having to make a save. 倪扬晨 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yao Xiang Xi in the 30th minute of the match. Nicanor Loiola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grant Danes, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Ombu's 倪扬晨 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yao Xiang Xi in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of C. A. Gral. Lamadrid booed when Ombu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Ugaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's Nicanor Loiola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Grant Danes in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Yao Xiang Xi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 47th minute Grant Danes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Loiola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Ombu's Frans Lundgren was substituted for Valentin Lidon. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Txomin Astudillo made a kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Txomin Astudillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ombu's 倪扬晨 was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 57th match minute, Ombu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agustín Martegani to maneuver through the defense. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid made a substitution. Zachary Kosiorek replaced Eleuterio Niva. After a rather tough play, Ombu's Agustín Martegani got a free kick in the 59th minute. Frans Lundgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Nicanor Loiola made a huge save. After having played for 64 minutes, Txomin Astudillo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's supporters crossed their fingers, but Txomin Astudillo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When C. A. Gral. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Pablo Vegetti managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's supporters rose to their feet, but Pablo Vegetti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 倪扬晨 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lamadrid fans cheered their team off the field, for while Ombu had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
