Lamadrid's goalkeeper Nicanor Loiola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Lidon. When C. A. Gral. Ombu's 倪扬晨 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Txomin Astudillo in the 38th minute of play. In the 45th minute of the match Ombu got a corner. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jeremias Ugaitz ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jeremias Ugaitz made a great header on Ombu's corner, it was just that C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's Nicanor Loiola managed to reach the ball for a save. 46 minutes into the game, Andres Fiz threw the ball into play from the sideline. C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's Eliu Tuver quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Ombu made a substitution. Frans Lundgren replaced Valentin Lidon. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Grant Danes to strike the kick off in the second half. Frans Lundgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Loiola having to interfere. Txomin Astudillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 倪扬晨 having to make a save. In the 58th minute Txomin Astudillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 倪扬晨 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ombu's Eusebio Cordarrel was substituted for Godfredo Mendez. After some careless play in the C. A. Gral. Lamadrid defense, Grant Danes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicanor Loiola. The C. A. Gral. Lamadrid fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicanor Loiola should have stopped the shot. Txomin Astudillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 71 minutes into the match, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's Txomin Astudillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 倪扬晨 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 倪扬晨 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txomin Astudillo in the 73rd minute of play. Lamadrid's Pablo Vegetti in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ombu's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frans Lundgren in the 96th minute of play forced C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goalkeeper Nicanor Loiola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the C. A. Gral. Lamadrid players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ombu.
